PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an intermittent motion of a decorative body or combined motions of shaking and rotating thereof bring about usually a cost increase in a device for rotating the decorative body, since it becomes necessary to use an expensive oscillator or the like for a motor driving circuit or to enhance the strength of a bearing or the like. SOLUTION: A rotating-shaking mechanism for conducting rotation and shaking is constituted by a method wherein the motor driving circuit using a transistor-using oscillation circuit is connected with a motor so as to conduct intermittent driving and wherein the decorative body is provided at one end of an elastic wire rod, while the other end of the wire rod is connected to the rotating shaft of the motor.
