<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell in which fluorine resin, silicon resin or the like used as a gasket material and a separator material can be integrally molded firmly with each other, as well as a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: (1) In the manufacturing method of the separator for the fuel cell integrally molding a gasket with a fuel cell separator main body, a plasma treatment is applied to the separator main body, and (2) in the manufacturing method of the separator for the fuel cell integrally molding a gasket with the fuel cell separator main body, a plasma treatment is applied in which high-frequency power of different frequency bands is impressed on a plurality of discharge electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
