PAPER TRAY CONTAINER MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL PACKAGE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent paper powder from sloughing off a paper container and to easily dispose the container after use. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a paper tray container has steps of: punching out material paper 20 into a spread shape of a tray container 2; and forming a paper tray container 2 by press forming the above paper punched into the spread shape of the paper tray container 2 by using a press die to erect the side walls from the bottom. The material paper 20 has an intermediate used paper layer 20a made by stacking recycled pulp, and a coat layer 20c of clay or kaolin on the surface. The material paper 20 has: an outermost layer 20b of fine quality paper of on both surfaces of the intermediate used paper layer 20a; and a coat layer 20c on the surface of this outermost layer 20b.
