<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable harmlessness producing treatment in a generating place of toxic waste, by moving a waste disposal plasma melting treatment device easily startable when starting the device, while enabling stable operation without impairing stability of arc plasma. <P>SOLUTION: This waste disposal plasma melting treatment device 1 is constituted by arranging a graphite electrode type plasma torch 2 in the vicinity of an input port 4 of waste so as to be capable of continuing melting treatment even when contacting with the waste being a melting object, arranging a metallic electrode type plasma torch 3 for generating the arc plasma having high directivity in the vicinity of a tap hole 5 of the waste after the melting treatment, and arranging a furnace bottom electrode 6 opposed to these graphite electrode type plasma torch 2 and metallic electrode type plasma torch 3; and can be loaded on a moving medium 21 such as a vehicle, a ship, a fright car and an airplane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
