PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molding for pallets of which the surface is hardly napped. SOLUTION: At first, a sheet-like fiber product containing a high melting component and a low-melting component is prepared. On one surface of the fiber product, a nonwoven fabric constituted of a fiber having a melting point lower than the melting point of the high-melting point component and a fiber having a melting point the same as or higher than the melting point of the low-melting point component is laminated. Then, a heat-resisting body having concave and convex patterns thereon is brought into contact with the surface of the nonwoven fabric. Thereafter, the sheet-like fiber product and the nonwoven fabric are nipped by two pieces of heating plates and heated and pressed while being compressed in the thickness direction. By this heating and pressing, the low-melting point component in the fiber product and the fiber of the nonwoven fabric are melted together, while practically keeping the initial fiber state of the high-melting component in the fiber product, and the fiber product and the nonwoven fabric are made into one body by press bonding.
