PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in running cost or the troublesomeness of maintenance control in relation to a bladder on the assumption that the bladder is used. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized tire 50 is mounted in a vulcanization mold 3 capable of expanding and contracting the bladder 5 in the mold to be mated with the mold, the bladder 5 of the vulcanization mold 3 is filled with a pressure medium, the outer surface of the unvulcanized tire 50 is pressed to the inner surface of the vulcanization mold 3 by pressing the unvulcanized tire 50 by the expanded bladder 5, the pressure medium in the unvulcanized tire 50 is discharged in a vulcanization initial stage to release the inner surface pressure of the unvulcanized tire 50 and the pressure medium is supplied into the unvulcanized tire 50 without interposing the bladder 5 to advance the vulcanization of the unvulcanized tire 50 in the vulcanization mold 3.
