PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating sheet against electromagnetic-wave interruption having electric conductivity not deteriorated by production of siloxane at an electric junction and having an appropriate tackiness. SOLUTION: The heat dissipating sheet against electromagnetic-wave interruption has rubber and/or thermoplastic elastomer containing heat-conducting powder of spherical grains and magnetic alloy powder of grains with shapes other than the shapes sizing 2μm or less in thickness and 10 or greater in an aspect ratio, and has a type E durometer hardness of 45 to 75. Furthermore, the heat dissipating sheet against electromagnetic-wave interruption has rubber and/or thermoplastic elastomer containing heat-conducting powder of spherical grains and magnetic alloy powder of grains with shapes other than the shapes sizing 2μm or less in thickness and 10 or greater in an aspect ratio and also containing tackifier, wherein the heat dissipating sheet has a type E durometer hardness of 45 to 75 and the ball number indicated in an inclined ball tack test is 3 to 10.
