<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce casting blow holes and casting defect, in a metallic mold casting apparatus provided with an almost perpendicular first runner and an almost horizontal second runner connected with the lower part of the first runner, for pouring molten metal. <P>SOLUTION: The producing apparatus of the metallic mold is characterized in that a ceramic filter is arranged at the lower end part of the first runner, and the outer face of the ceramic filter except the upper face of the ceramic filter and the side face connected with the second runner, is plugged by closely contacting on the runner bottom face or the runner inner wall face, and the molten metal dropped in the first runner from the upper part and reached to the ceramic filter, changes the flowing direction into almost horizontal direction in the ceramic filter and is made to flow out onto the second runner and filled to a cavity for product part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
