PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with conventional monitoring devices wherein with recent increases in theft crimes, there is an increase in the demand for monitoring devices that can be mounted on house fences, and it is not possible to locate the location of intrusion and pose a threat at the location, because conventional devices typically use a single cable-like sensor for monitoring. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor terminal, which comprises intrusion sensing parts 50, each constructed of a cable-like piezoelectric sensor, and a determining means 61, is disposed at each single fence 66, to enable locating the point of intrusion and to pose a threat from an alarm part provided in the determining means 61. The piezoelectric sensor terminal comprises a plurality of intrusion sensing parts 50 and one determining means 61 and can thus determine whether a natural phenomenon or intrusion has been detected.
