PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently carry out a floor board cut out from a building when a concrete member is dismantled, in a dismantling construction of an existing building of reinforced concrete structure. SOLUTION: The hanging unit for lifting is provided with a body part 11 hung to a hanging wire 8 of a lifter; a pair of brackets 13 turnably supported on a support bolt 14 of a bearing part at a base position respectively while clamping a central member of the body part 11 in symmetrical and placing/supporting the support object member such as the floor board on a placement plate 20; a link-like body 16 for turning the bracket 13 from the state that the bracket 13 is outwardly turned around the support bolt 14 by own weight and is opened to the state that it is stored at the central member side of the body part 11 and retaining the storage state; and a stopper 22 positioned at a lower end of the body part 11 and regulating an opened angle of the bracket 13.
