摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a K-type thermocouple has degraded in a reducing atmosphere of hydrogen etc. in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In this thermocouple type temperature sensor, a nickel-chromium alloy is used as before as KP (a positive electrode) of a thermocouple, a K-type sheathed thermocouple to be used for measuring the temperature of and controlling gases having hydrogen as a principal component of temperatures between 600-1000&deg;C to be used for a gas cracking device of solid high molecular fuel cells and as a fuel in solid oxide fuel cells.
