<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fuel feeding efficiency, to reduce that thermal influence is given from an exhaust device and an engine unit to a fuel feeding device and to provide insurance of fuel tank capacity and low center of gravity of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust device of the engine unit 14 is arranged below an upper pipe and at one side in a vehicle width direction, a fuel pump 121 is installed in the fuel tank 17 arranged at the opposite side thereto and a fuel outlet 122 is provided on an upper part of the fuel tank 17. A cylinder assembly 32 is forwardly inclined and a mixture air production means (37) and an air cleaner 39 are connected to a rear upper part thereof. The fuel outlet 122 and the mixture air production means (37) are arranged at equal height to the upper pipe 3 between left and right upper pipes 3 respectively and the fuel outlet 122 and a fuel pipe connection part 123 are connected by a flexible fuel pipe 124.
