PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivering device of compact structure capable of smoothly and accurately delivering a material to be carried from a carrying line, and to provide a carrying device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The carrying device C as a main carrying route 1 provided with rollers 10 with a built-in motor and free rollers 11 with the predetermined interval and a delivery route 2 for delivering the material to be carried from the main carrying route 1. The delivery route 2 has structure that two delivering devices 60 are fitted to a frame 40. The delivering device 60 is operated by a driving device 101 as a driving source. The driving device 101 is formed by arranging side rollers 103 and 105 in sides of a main body side roller 102, and can switch operation between the carrying operation for carrying the material to be carried with belts 70 and 70 and the elevating operation of the delivering device 60 by switching main body side planetary gear mechanisms 112 and 113 of the main body side roller 102 between a planetary type and a star type.
