<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in prediction accuracy of an apparatus for predicting an amount of water supply in a water purifying facility even when including data on abnormal days at the time of disaster, snowing or the like and improve accuracy further. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for predicting the amount of water supply has an input device 5 by which an operator inputs the abnormal days at the time of disaster, snowing or the like, an average fluctuation pattern generation device 8 which deletes the data on the abnormal days to make average values and inputs rainy days to use recent data, and a system variable data generation device 10 which deletes the data on the abnormal days to properly treat data to be a base of model for prediction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
