<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas adsorption material for exhibiting a nitrogen adsorption activity under an ordinary temperature and a low pressure particularly regarding nitrogen with difficult adsorption without impairing heat insulation performance when used for a vacuum heat insulation material. <P>SOLUTION: Moisture content not removed by an industrial vacuum exhaust process and internal generation moisture content are adsorbed/removed by a chemical moisture content adsorptive substance 3 and the moisture content is adsorbed/removed. Thereby, copper ion exchange type zeolite 2 having a ratio of silica/alumina in zeolite skeleton for exhibiting the nitrogen adsorption activity is 8 to 25 adsorbs/fixes nitrogen not removed by the industrial vacuum exhaust process and nitrogen intruded with age. As a result, enhancement of the heat insulation performance of a heat insulation body can be realized whereas, since the zeolite 2 has a porous body structure that a distance between voids is an average free path of a gas or lower, increase of heat conductivity by the gas adsorption material 1 can be suppressed and since a solid density is lower than an alloy, the solid heat conductivity can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
