<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system which easily performs recovery when an IC card, a mobile phone terminal, or the like having a plurality of applications mounted thereon is lost, and allows the recovery to be made without being conscious of whether data is acquired from an external service device or generated in the terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A management service device 120 manages correspondence information showing correspondence between devices providing services for users, out of a plurality of individual service devices 110 and users receiving the services. A communication terminal device 130 transmits a recovery object answer request being a signal for requesting correspondence information to the management service device. When receiving the recovery object answer request, the management service device 120 transmits correspondence information to the communication terminal device. When receiving correspondence information, the communication terminal device 130 transmits a recovery execution request to individual service devices included in the received correspondence information.
