<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-cap which can be used to any different inner cap according to liquid content of different viscosity in order to reduce the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid spouting container comprises a container, a middle plug, the inner cap having a spouting cylinder, and the over-cap.
