PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam heat tracing device for actualizing the heating of a pipe, even if including a portion such as a rising portion to cause pressure loss, up to a desired temperature. SOLUTION: The steam heat tracing device comprises a steam pipe separated into two lines via a steam supply valve and arranged in the upstream and downstream directions of the pipe along the pipe. Drain which occurs in at least the steam pipe of the two-line steam pipes, having pressure loss greater than the other, is discharged by a temperature controlled drain trap.
