PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion resistant sleeve easily and securely installable in a drilled hole formed in a main tube such as a city pipeline and capable of developing its excellent corrosion resistant effect over a long period of time. SOLUTION: In this corrosion resistant sleeve 1, a rigid sleeve 4 is inserted from the opening 5 of a sleeve body 1 having a resin sleeve 3 with an excellent sliding property and a large elongation property on the inner diameter side of an elastic sleeve 2 to enlarge the resin sleeve 3, and the elastic sleeve 2 is enlarged to fit the elastic sleeve 2 to the cutting surface of the hole wall 7a of a drilled hole 7 for mounting. A flange 3a is formed at the upper end of the resin sleeve 3, and a projected part 3b formed on the opening inner peripheral surface of the flange 3a is engaged with a locking groove 4a formed on the insert side tip outer peripheral surface of the rigid sleeve 4 to bring them into a temporarily assembled state.
