PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic damper excellent in handleability to be used in place of a Pb-made damper. SOLUTION: The damper 1 comprises a plastic-made plate 2. The plate 2 has a plurality of through holes 4 penetrating the plate 2 in the thickness direction. The plate 2 is an approximately square shaped plate. The opening of the through holes 4 has an approximately rectangular shape, and the through holes 4 are regularly arranged so that the plates 2 constitute grids. The damper 1 is made of a resin material comprising a sea phase consisting of a hard plastic A and an island phase consisting of a plastic B having a hardness lower than that of the hard plastic A and dispersed in the sea phase.
