An arrangement for allowing a user to utilize a user-oriented service by use of peripheral devices even when he or she moves and changes those peripheral devices. A mobile device of a user, when serving as a master to provide a communication cell, collects information of peripheral devices from a space directory (SDR) serving as a slave and storing information of directly-communicable devices and peripheral devices, and then produces and updates mobile directory information in storage means based on the collected information. As a result, the user can subconsciously acquire a peripheral information processing device arrangement without performing any special processings, and can receive services utilizing peripheral devices, such as content delivery, communication service and so on, based on the acquired peripheral device information. |
