PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method capable of efficiently reinforcing a concrete structure buried in the ground such as a manhole in a short time; and the reinforced concrete structure. SOLUTION: This reinforcing method of the concrete structure buried in the ground, comprises a skeleton part 101 and a cylindrical neck part 102 connected to a top board 111 of the skeleton part 101 and having an opening part 121 communicating with an inside space of the skeleton part 101; and is constituted for adhering a fiber reinforced plastic circular arc-shaped reinforcing material 1 ranging over a range of 30°or more on both sides to the the longitudinal directional center line A passing through the center of the opening part 121 in the longitudinal direction of the skeleton part 101 on an inside space side surface 111a of the top board 111 around the opening part 121 by using an adhesive resin 2.
