PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly search for a relevant portion of an instruction manual to a user's question and distinctly present an appropriate scope of the instruction manual. SOLUTION: An input means 11 inputs instruction data including a plurality of information types being instruction information of products. An extraction means 11 extracts each information type and an appearance position of each instruction information from the instruction data. A decision means 15 decides the information type which is required by the user from the information entered by the user. An acquisition means 16 acquires the decided information type and the appearance position of the information type from the extracted information type and the appearance position of the information type. A specifying means 17 specifies the scope of the instruction data presented to the user on the basis of the appearance position of the acquired information type.
