<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed dimension slicing Japanese radish manufacturing device belonging to a food processing field for mass-producing fixed dimension slicing radish to be mainly used for Oden (Japanese hotchpotch), etc. and having a compact size, low cost and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing device is constituted of a Japanese radish pressing means 1, a Japanese radish outer periphery fixed dimension processing means 20 and a Japanese radish fixed dimension slicing means 30 on a mount. The Japanese radish fixed dimension slicing means 30 is driven by driving force 8 of the Japanese radish pressing means 1. The arrangement of slicing blades 41 is formed into a V-shape.
