PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processor and its method capable of storing in a storage apparatus pixel information inputted successively from a plurality of channels, suppressing power consumption in the case of outputting the stored pixel information to a plurality of ports successively, and being configured of the minimum line memory. SOLUTION: Data of two channels are synchronized with external enable and access an SDRAM. Data of a remaining channel use a blanking period of the external enable to access the SDRAM from the line memory.
