PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse box with improved watertight property and stability. SOLUTION: On the fuse box 10 mounted on a battery box 40, a first water stopping part A is formed by making a lower end face 12b of a peripheral wall 12a of an upper cover 12 abut with a bottom wall 13b of a lower cover 13 locked and jointed to a case body 11 or a bottom wall 11e of the case body 11, and a case body peripheral wall 11a erected from the bottom wall 11e of the case body 11 and an inner face of the peripheral wall 12a of the upper cover 12 are arranged so as to form a pressure-reducing space S with a necessary width, and a second water stopping part B is formed by making a rib 12 formed by bending the upper end part of the case body peripheral wall 11a protrude toward an inner face side of the peripheral wall 12a of the upper cover 12, and the pressure-reducing space S is interposed between the second water stopping part B and the first water stopping part A. A waterproof mechanism is provided to inhibit high pressure water intruding from outside through the first water stopping part A from passing the second water stopping part B by the reduction of pressure at the pressure-reducing space S.
