PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streetcar service supporting device improving ride comfort by minimizing stopping or restarting of a streetcar, and service efficiency by carrying out on-time operation. SOLUTION: At a station or between stations where the streetcar stops, an operation pattern calculating portion 22 prevents the streetcar 11 from stopping between stations as far as possible, calculates an operation pattern from the station where the streetcar stops at the present time or a present position to a next station so as to arrive at the next station on time, and outputs the operation pattern to an output portion 23, on the basis of operation diagram information of the streetcar stored in a memory portion 21, route information of a traveling section of the streetcar, positional information of a traffic signal inputted from an information input portion 20, congestion information of a road along the route of the streetcar, and control information of the traffic signal.
