MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DOPE AND SOLUTION CASTING METHOD OF FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a gelatinous substance by adjusting temperature during transferring a dope.

SOLUTION: The dope 15 is prepared by using TAC in a polymer. The dope 15 is transferred using a transfer device 30 while being kept warm. The transfer device 30 adjusts the temperature of the dope 15 by a heating medium 36. The flow passage 35 of the heating medium 36 comprises a cylinder 31 and a jacket 34. The jacket 34 is attached to jointing flanges 32 and 33 to become a full jacket. The temperature of the flanges 32 and 33 is the same as that of the cylinder 31 since the heating medium 36 is supplied to the full jacket. Therefore, there is no low temperature portion in the transfer device 30 and it is possible to keep the temperature of the dope 15 constant and prevent generation of the gelatinous substance coming from an associated substance.
