PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a most inexpensive remodeling structure capable of holding the remodeling effect over a long period, while restraining reduction in a cross section of a waterway, when remodeling the old waterway. SOLUTION: Urethane foam is sprayed on an existing waterway wall, and a smooth plate such as FRP is stuck there, and is fixed while keeping a shape as it is for a specific time, to be formed as a new waterway.
