PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock and unlock a natural ventilation window arranged at an elevated spot having a sash generally slantingly opened, by operation of an operator arranged within close reach. SOLUTION: A sash drawing means for drawing and closing the sash 2 by pushing up and rotating a projection body 40 projected toward the indoor side on a stile 23 of the sash 2 by the rise of a lifting pin 44 of a base member 42 arranged in a vertical frame 13, and a sash lock means for locking the sash 2 by mutually locking a hook 53 and a locking pin 54 arranged so as to make a pair on a slide bar 51 and a bottom rail 23 of the sash 2 by a slide of the slide bar 51 slidingly arranged in the longitudinal direction in a lower frame 12 of a window frame 1, are arranged in the natural ventilation window A.
