PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting an enzyme from the residue of a saccharified material obtained by the enzymatic treatment of lignocellulose material. SOLUTION: The enzyme is collected by electrifying the residue of the saccharified material obtained by the enzymatic treatment of lignocellulose material. The enzyme is cellulase or hemicellulase alone or a mixture thereof. Especially, an enzyme adsorbed on lignocellulose in the residue can efficiently be collected. The lignocellulose material comprises either one of industrial waste materials such as waste wood in forest, building waste, sawdust or pruning waste, and agricultural waste materials such as kenaf, rice straw, barley straw or bagasse, or used paper or wood chips.
