The proposed liquid level for aligning building structures contains two cylindrical vessels of different diameters, which are coupled by a tube, two valves installed in the vessels, a damper with a spring-loaded handle, and a measuring scale with points, which is arranged at the handle. The zero point of the scale is arranged in the center of the scale, the negative points are arranged below the zero point, and the positive points are arranged over the zero point.
