The mill has a roller, and a shank (7, 7') for the storage of an end of the roller in an intended position. An adjuster for the shank provides an expansion section (8) of the mill. The shank is carried, and axially loadable having radial camps (7.1) for the admission of an end of the roller. The expansion section is expandable by appropriate manipulation of a set screw. The screw is axially adjustable. The end of the roller is employed under the effect of the set screw in such a manner that it pushes away axially at the roller.
