<p>A brominated butyl rubber and a polymer based on a conjugated diolefin monomer are grafted by mixing the solid polymer at a temperature greater than 50° C. for a time sufficient to cause grafting. The grafted copolymer is useful especially in tire tread compositions.</p> |
