Disclosed are a sterilizer and a portable sterilizing device including the same. According to an aspect of the invention, the sterilizer comprises: a plurality of frame parts each of which has a power source terminal; an LED module coupled with the frame parts and provided with electricity from the power source terminal of each of the frame parts to generate ultraviolet rays; and conductive power source extending parts installed on the frame parts, and extending to the end of each of the frame parts from the power source terminal of each of the frame parts. The frame parts are electrically connected through a contact between the conductive power source extending parts. |
