PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of decreasing the number of components with a simple configuration, and also capable of preventing deflection of a printed board. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 comprises a printed board 7 on which an electronic component 31 is mounted, a case 3 for housing the printed board 7, and a cover 5 for covering the printed board 7, with the printed board 7 housed inside by the case 3 and the cover 5. With the cover 5 provided with a projection 35 protruding inside, the projection 35 and the case 3 sandwich the printed board 7 while the case 3 and the cover 5 house the printed board 7.
