PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver structure for preventing a louver from becoming moldy in a ventilation heater used in a bathroom. SOLUTION: In the louver 12, a louver lower face 15 formed by a curved face swelling to a lower side at its center part, is formed in a state of covering a lower opening part of a main body 1, an opening part 16 for a heater unit is formed on the louver lower face 15 as a blowout port in a state of having a clearance with respect to a heater unit frame body 17, and a square frame-shaped louver frame 18 projecting toward a ceiling side, is formed between the louver lower face 15 and the main body 1. As the louver frame 18 is kept into contact with a flange part 10 as a lower end of the main body 1, and closes between the flange part and the louver lower face 15, a louver outer peripheral frame is not put on the ceiling face, and a space almost sealed, is not formed between the ceiling face and the louver.
