PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board unit that improves the visibility of the type name of a module. SOLUTION: A display control board unit Uc has a display control board 30C, and a display control board case 80C to store the display control board 30C. In the display control board 30C a graphic IC 82 to which a heat dissipation plate 84 is attached is arranged. A display area to display an identification sign such as a type name is on the surface of the graphic IC 82. An opening is formed in the part the heat dissipation plate 84 that corresponds to the display area. The display control board case 80C is transparent.
