PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can be initialized by unit SRAM. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with a control signal generation circuit for generating a 1st control signal and a 2nd control signal based on an activated set signal and an initial data value at the time of setting an initial value, a 1st power supply circuit which responds to the 1st control signal and supplies power to a corresponding bit line, a 2nd power supply circuit which responds to the 2nd control signal and supplies power to a corresponding complementary bit line, two or more word lines which are connected to the corresponding memory cells, respectively, and a row decoder which simultaneously activates the word lines in units of two or more word lines selected from among the two or more WORD lines based on the activated set signal and the selected address.
