PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting apparatus capable of operating two seedling planting tools by one rotary case and accurately operating these planting tools without applying excess force to the operation mechanism. SOLUTION: In the seedling-planting apparatus, final shaft 25 in the longitudinal direction which is eccentric to the rotation centerline 24 is rotatably installed in a rotator rotating around the rotation center line 24 in the longitudinal direction and the seedling planting tools 26 are integrally attached to the protruded parts of the final shaft 25 protruded from the rotator 21 to the right and left and a gear row for rotating the final shaft 25 to the rotator 21 in association with rotation of the rotator 21 is installed.
