PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device using a blower fan of a ventilator in one part in regard to a house mounted cooler attached to the ventilator conforming to article 28, paragraph 2 of the Building Standard Law. SOLUTION: Air sending tubing 18 group of a multiplicity of thermal conductors passing through a pair of side walls 19 facing each other in a flat tank 16 is provided so as to contact a water surface in the tank 16, and a tape sucking up water is wound on the air sending tubing 18 group. A tank exhaust port and a tank intake port 21 are provided on a lid 20 of the tank 16, the tank exhaust port 22 can be communicated with an exhaust port 11 of the ventilator M installed in the house, and the tank intake port 21 can be communicated with an intake port 13 opened in the house. Intake sides of a multiplicity of the air sending narrow pipe 18 groups can be connected to the intake port 13, and discharge sides of the air sending tubing 18 groups can be collectively connected to a discharge port 24 opened in the house.
