PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fasten a metal beam and a wooden sill, supported in a base-isolated manner, without causing decrease in the strength of a wooden horizontal member or being forced to comply with excessive specifications. SOLUTION: A head (31) of a connecting bolt (30) is welded to a top surface of the steel beam (4), so that the connecting bolt (30) can be erected on the steel beam (4); the wooden sill (6), into which the connecting bolt (30) is inserted, is attached to the upside of the steel beam (4) via a spacer (40) for preventing interference between the wooden sill (6) and the head (31); and a nut (34), which is screwed to a leading end of the connecting bolt (30), is fastened.
