PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management program capable of efficiently realizing operation management processing, and an operation managing method and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: An operation management system is realized by cooperation of objects consisting of an operator class 310, a receiving class 320, a planning class 330, and an option class 340. Consequently merits of object directivity such as succession and capsuling can be obtained and functions can be easily added or improved. Since the judgment of a detailed realizing method of processing of which only the receiving class 320 takes charge independently in a conventional method is performed in cooperation with the planning class 330, the processing of the receiving class 320 can be simplified and the addition and improvement of functions can be more easily performed.
