<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a person's attention at the time of crossing an ETC lane to prevent an accident. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of struts 3 are raised at each edge part facing the lane side of an island 1 along the advancing direction of a vehicle. A resin tape 4 is laid among the struts 3 so that a toll collecting person on the island 1 cannot carelessly get into the lane. A regulation bar 5 is openably and closably mounted between one set of adjacent struts of the plurality of struts 3. The tip side of the regulation bar 5 is energized to the lane side by a hinge spring (not shown) at the root of the bar, but the tip of the regulation bar 5 is made to abut on the strut 3 so as not to protrude into the lane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
