<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity spouting instrument with a small number of components and a simplified structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed quantity spouting instrument is constituted of a spouting instrument main body (2) vertically hung and held by the opening (1a) of a container (1) and forming a divided recess (c) on its inside, a rod (3) standing up on the bottom of the divided recess (c) of this spouting instrument main body (2) as a base point and extending toward the opening end of the divided recess (c), a spouting nozzle (4) held movably back and forth on the head (3a) of this rod (3) and having a passage (k) closed by a movement forward and opened by a movement backward, and a partition wall (5) connected to the back end of this spouting nozzle (4), surrounding the rod (3) and forming a metering space (m) for a content by the divided recessed part (c).
