<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form optimum dietary menu data as a combination of two or more kinds of meals, based on the symptom, actual conditions, or the taste of each patient, and provide them to the patient or an affiliated restaurant or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing system for dietary management comprises a plurality of medical institution network servers, a plurality of restaurant servers, a plurality of patient data processors, and a center server, which are mutually connected via a two-way information communication network. The center server comprises a dietary restriction information storing means of storing dietary restriction information formed, based on electronic medical chart information of each patient provided from the medical institution network servers with the patient ID number of each patient; and a means of forming, based on the dietary restriction information of each patient ID number, dietary menu information to be provided in the plurality of restaurants, corresponding to the electronic medical chart information or dietary restriction information of this patient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
