<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board that has a low cost and that realizes a function for preventing and monitoring wrong connection while suppressing occurrence of connecting errors even in a wiring by optical cords. <P>SOLUTION: With an optical connecting cable 300 in which an optical cord 301 for wiring and a lead wire 302 are run side by side, an electrical connection for the purpose of verifying connection is performed at each port on the primary and the secondary side in addition to an optical connection for wiring.
