The pump has a pressure chamber (9) pressurized by a piston (3). An eccentric unit (22) housed in an eccentric chamber (21) drives the piston. A leaf spring (16) housed in the eccentric chamber restores the piston into its rest position. An end zone of the piston has a groove in which the leaf spring with a base zone having a central cavity and a slit zone is fixed. A sealing unit (4) is placed on a stepped zone (3a) of the piston. An independent claim is also included for a braking equipment or electronic stability program of a vehicle including a piston pump.
