PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device which is excellent in maintainability by facilitating the replacement of a fluorescent body which converts the frequency of light emitted from an LED chip. SOLUTION: An illuminating means which is attached to the distal end of an insertion section is constituted by providing a plurality of the LED chips 17, an LED supporting block 16 which supports the LED chips 17, and the fluorescent body 19 which converts light emitted from the LED chips 17 into beams having different frequencies. In addition, a common cover glass 18 which covers the front surfaces of a plurality of the LED chips 17 is provided, and the fluorescent body 19 is provided on the cover glass 18.
