<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laptop computer which is operable anywhere anytime. <P>SOLUTION: A laptop computer (1) is on a board (vibration type with an antislip cushion) and is fixed by adjusted and tied with adjustable rubber (with two clasps, two hooks) and a tube band (3), and is also fixed on an appropriate position (on upper and under space positions having no effect on the operation of the laptop computer) by adjusted and tied with a movable round tube I bolt (4), washer (5), cut washer (6) and nut (7).
